Sameer Jain is the Chief Executive Officer of AFG International. A seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across the Middle East and global markets, Sameer has built his career at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping organizations navigate change, sharpen their competitive edge, and deliver sustainable profitable growth.

Prior to joining AFG International, Sameer spent nearly 12 years in senior leadership roles at Landmark Group, most recently as CEO of New Businesses, where he led the development and scaling of new ventures across the group's portfolio. He previously served as CEO of Home Centre Middle East, where he drove the strategic repositioning and transformation of the business, and as Chief Strategy Officer, shaping the group's long-term direction. His earlier career was rooted in strategy consulting, with roles at McKinsey & Company, Kearney, and Ernst & Young.

Sameer holds an MBA from IMI Delhi and a bachelor's degree in commerce with Honours from Delhi University.
